Owning rental real estate involves risk, including loss of invested capital, unexpected repairs, vacancies, unpaid rent, legal obligations, financing costs, and changes in market conditions. Rental income, appreciation, refinancing, tax benefits, and investment returns are not guaranteed.

What 30Doors means

30Doors represents a long-term portfolio vision. It is not a promise that you will acquire 30 properties, achieve any income level, or complete an investment within a specific timeframe.

Screening is not financing approval

The introductory quiz uses self-reported information to determine whether a call may be appropriate. A credit score of 680 or more and at least $15,000 in liquid investment capital are current call-screening criteria only. They do not establish sufficient funds for a specific deal or guarantee loan eligibility. Actual cash requirements may be materially higher and include closing costs, reserves, fees, and renovations. Financing decisions belong to the lender and are subject to its underwriting and approval.

Client and provider responsibilities

Clients provide capital, review opportunities and documents, obtain advice, and approve major decisions. The services performed by 30Doors and by independent providers must be defined in a separate agreement. Brokerage, lending, construction, property management, legal, and tax services may require appropriately licensed professionals. This website does not establish that 30Doors holds any particular professional license.

Examples, fees, and relationships

Any future property examples or projections must be evaluated with their assumptions, costs, and risks. Past performance does not guarantee future results. Request written details of service fees, third-party costs, and any referral or other compensation before entering an engagement.
